Application Process
If you would like to apply for a unit, you must fill out the application provided in its entirety. Please make sure to have each adult applicant sign and date at the bottom of the page. Once the application is received, we will complete the following for each applicant:
1. Credit Check
2. Rental Reference
3. Employment/Income verification
How to Return the Application
There are several ways you can get your application to us. You may drop it off at our office at 182 Rockingham Rd. in Derry. There is a rental drop box where you can leave it. Also, you may fax the application to 603-434-8390. Or you can e-mail it to erin@cooperrentals.com. Please note that this is not a secure transfer, so please leave SSN blank. You can call our office to provide it after sending.
