E&J Cooper Properties took root in Derry NH in 1972 as Cooper Homes,
Inc. Brothers John and Ed Cooper, along with John's wife Valerie,
began developing quality residential homes in the Derry area. They
put an emphasis on customer care while building a quality product,
which quickly established Cooper Homes, Inc. as Southern New
Hampshire's premiere residential developer.
Through the years, Cooper Homes, Inc. established many beautiful
neighborhoods in Southern NH and they also began developing
exclusive residential rental properties. E&J Cooper Properties was
established in 1980 to manage this aspect of the business.
Today, E&J Cooper Properties is still a family business, which owns
and manages approximately 100 rental units in the Derry area. And
the Cooper name remains synonymous with quality and customer care.
